At MoreMe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

For orders delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to:

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

You must send the products back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Return Conditions

Please handle and try on clothing only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a physical store.

Whenever possible, return items in their original packaging with their tags attached.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect or try on the products.

Missing original packaging or removed tags do not automatically cancel your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you have changed your mind or wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please retain your proof of shipment.

If an item is defective, incorrect or does not conform to your order, MoreMe will cover the necessary return shipping costs associated with the applicable legal remedy.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at m.moreira91@hotmail.com and provide your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack your items securely and send them back within the applicable deadline.
4. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Please do not send items to an address other than the designated return address.

5. Refunds

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received for the returned products, including applicable standard outbound delivery costs as required by law.

If you withdraw from your entire order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

For partial returns, the refund of delivery charges will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method, without additional refund fees.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, if available, photographs.

Your statutory rights under Luxembourg consumer protection law remain fully applicable, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us.

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. You may return an eligible item under the applicable withdrawal rules and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or non-conforming.

8. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Standard MoreMe clothing in regular sizes and colours is not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is purchased during a promotion or sale.

Any applicable statutory exceptions will be interpreted in accordance with Luxembourg and European Union consumer protection law.
